和室から洋室へ変更
最近では畳は人気が無くなってきましたね、こちらの物件は２階の和室は8畳あります。 賃貸ですと入居者にもよりますが、毎回畳のメンテナンスに費用がかかる為、2階は畳は廃止し洋室へ変更します。一階にも畳の6畳有りますので一部屋有れば十分ですね^_^
まずは畳の撤去していきます。
厚み6cm重さ230kg 運ぶだけで筋肉痛（ ; ; ）
処分料は3980円 でした。
畳を処分した帰りに材料を購入してきました。根太と合板約3万円 ウッドショクで木材が高騰していました。
初めは18vの丸鋸で切り始めましたが大量に材料を切るので100vの丸鋸の方が早いです。

カットした根太を４５５mmピッチでながして行来ます
釘打ち機で打って行く
やはりビスで打つより効率が良いですね。
合板を貼っていく
合板の色もまばらで品質も良くないです(;o;)
次回はCFを貼っていきたいと思います。
